WorkCamo is operated by INFRONIX PTY LTD (ABN 40 692 386 806) ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your on-site project photos and personal information remain secure.

•2. Data We Collect & Use

We believe in extreme data minimisation. The app operates with an offline-first workflow.

• Account Details: We collect only your name and email address if you explicitly choose to create an account to sync your project data and photos to the cloud.
• Local Storage: If you choose not to create an account, all of your folders, subfolders, notes, and photos are stored entirely on your device local memory and are never transmitted to our servers.
• Media and Location: The camera and location (GPS) permissions are used strictly inside the app to capture photos, stamp address watermarks, and auto-select folder categories. GPS coordinates are processed on-device and are only sent to the cloud if you sync your folders.

3. How We Secure Your Data

All photos and folder metadata uploaded for cloud backup or shareable link generation are stored securely using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

Public shareable links are read-only and restricted to the specific photos you select. Unauthenticated users cannot search or browse your folders or view any content not explicitly shared by you.

4. Data Deletion

You can delete your synced folders, photos, or your entire account at any time directly through the app settings. Once deleted, the corresponding assets are permanently purged from our active database and storage servers within 30 days.
